How to Get Virtual Care

Adult residents (ages 18+) of Western North Carolina can see a UNC Health primary care provider for mild symptoms without an appointment through UNC Health Virtual Care Now free of charge for those impacted by Hurricane Helene. Using your camera- and microphone-enabled phone, tablet or computer, you can access convenient, secure and flexible care when you need it. Patients can get in line for Virtual Care Now through My UNC Chart. If you do not have a My UNC Chart account, you can easily get one when you get in line. Virtual services are available 6 AM – 10 PM, 7 days per week.

Bradley Christoph, DO, MPH, MS Announced as New Vice President of Physician Services

LENOIR, NC (AUGUST 22, 2024) – UNC Health Caldwell selected Bradley Christoph, DO, MPH, MS to serve as Vice President of Physician Services. Dr. Christoph currently sees patients at Southfork Medical Park in Cajah’s Mountain and serves as the Medical Director for Helping Hands Clinic in downtown Lenoir. The new role will allow Dr. Christoph to work with other providers at UNC Health Caldwell and to assure that patients are receiving the highest quality of care.

            Dr. Christoph has a variety of experience including his residency at The Ohio State University where he was named Intern of the Year in 2018 and Executive Chief Resident in 2021. He has his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University. He is also pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Appalachian State University.
